Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Since tea is a food product, we unfortunately can’t accept tea returns. We also will not accept returns on many of our herbal remedies. Having said this, if you are unhappy in any way, we encourage you to contact us. If your tea has a quality control issue or your teaware comes damaged, we’ll make it right! Teaware can be returned if it has not been used and it’s still in the original packaging. Shipping fees do apply with returns.
We prefer to let our shelves sit empty rather than sell our customers inferior stock. While it would be easy to purchase lesser quality ingredients, we are committed to bringing you only the best. Suppliers are regularly impacted by unpredictability due to weather and crop success. Additionally, all herbal items are handcrafted, some can take up to six weeks or more to be completed, and all new items are tested before becoming available in order to make sure we only provide the best herbal products to our customers.
We process your order as quickly as possible and are unable to guarantee that we can cancel your order. Please contact our Customer Service Team to inquire if we can accommodate your request.
